Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 3-710 relating to egg production and regulation by the Department of Agriculture.

Prohibits the director of agriculture from adopting rules that require or prescribe minimum housing size standards for egg-laying hens.

Maintains existing authority for the director to adopt rules for poultry husbandry and egg production, but creates an explicit limitation on housing size regulations.

Exempts egg producers operating or controlling fewer than 20,000 egg-laying hens from state poultry husbandry rules.
