Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-194 regarding attorney general opinions and reporting requirements.

Removes the word "to" before "any department or agency" in the distribution section for written opinions.

Changes "upon" to "on" in two instances within the annual report subsection regarding report distribution to legislators and the public.

Makes technical and grammatical corrections to existing attorney general opinion distribution and annual reporting procedures.
