Amends section 15-1341 of the Arizona Revised Statutes regarding instruction of pupils at the Arizona State Schools for the Deaf and Blind.

Changes "which" to "that" in the requirement that the board of directors teach persons admitted to the school by methods in their best interests.

Replaces "insure" with "ensure" and changes "is" to "are" in provisions requiring the board to supervise care and education using best modern science methods.

Revises language regarding teaching methods for individuals with sensory impairments from "teaching the sensory impaired" to "teaching individuals with sensory impairments."

Adds clarifying language stating "who are" when referring to persons admitted to the school in provisions regarding special attention to their care and education.
