Prohibits the Department of Revenue from assessing and collecting fees from counties, cities, towns, councils of governments, and regional transportation authorities for the integrated tax system modernization project for fiscal year 2025-2026.

Notwithstanding existing statutory authority under section 42-5041, Arizona Revised Statutes, the department may not charge these entities implementation fees for the tax system project during this fiscal year.
