AZ SCR1025

Prohibits foreign corporations, persons, and foreign nongovernmental sources from contributing money or in-kind goods/services to influence ballot measure elections in Arizona.

Requires persons, entities, and committees that file campaign finance reports to certify under penalty of perjury that they have not accepted or used foreign contributions in violation of the prohibition.

Exempts federally recognized sovereign tribal nations from the foreign contribution restrictions.

Directs the Secretary of State to submit the measure to voters at the next general election for approval under Article IV, Part 1, Section 1 of the Arizona Constitution.
