Amends Arizona Constitution Article VI, Section 38 to change the filing deadline for judicial retention election declarations from 60-90 days to 90-120 days before the general election.

Updates language in the retention election provisions to use gender-neutral terminology ("the justice or judge" instead of "he/his").

Changes the preposition from "prior to" to "before" and from "upon" to "on" for grammatical consistency throughout the section.

Submits the constitutional amendment to voters at the next general election as required by Arizona Constitution Article XXI.
