Proposes to amend Article XIX of the Arizona Constitution to establish the office of mine inspector with a four-year term of service.

Grants the legislature authority to enact laws regulating mine operations and equipment to ensure worker health and safety.

Provides that the mine inspector shall be elected at general elections and limits the office holder to a maximum of two consecutive terms, with this limitation applying to terms beginning on or after January 1, 2027.

Establishes that a mine inspector who serves the maximum number of consecutive terms cannot serve again in that office until out of office for at least one full term.

Requires the Secretary of State to submit this proposition to voters at the next general election per Article XXI of the Arizona Constitution.
