Supports Taiwan's meaningful participation in international organizations including the United Nations, World Health Organization, International Civil Aviation Organization, United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, and International Criminal Police Organization.

Acknowledges Arizona-Taiwan sister-state relations established July 28, 1980, and encourages continued bilateral cooperation in economy, trade, technology, education, and culture.

Notes Taiwan was Arizona's eighth largest export market in 2023 with $785 million in exports and supports over 7,895 Arizona jobs through Taiwanese-affiliated companies.

Recognizes Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company's $65 billion investment to construct three advanced manufacturing facilities in Phoenix, expected to create 10,000 high-paying jobs including 4,500 direct TSMC positions.
