AZ SCR1041

Authorizes Arizona school districts to expend local revenues in excess of the Constitutional expenditure limitation established under Article IX, Section 21 of the Arizona Constitution for fiscal year 2025-2026.

Requires approval by at least two-thirds of the membership of each house of the legislature by roll call vote for the authorization to take effect.
