Requires the Department of Environmental Quality to evaluate multiple gasoline blends for air emissions compliance within 90 days, using EPA-approved modeling for regulated areas in Arizona (Area A and Area C)

Gasoline formulations to be evaluated include federal phase II reformulated gasoline, California phase 3 reformulated gasoline, federal conventional gasoline, and other blends approved in petroleum administration defense district five

Mandates the Weights and Measures Services Division conduct a feasibility study within 90 days of receiving the emissions report, assessing whether additional gasoline blends could be authorized for sale in Arizona

Appropriates $100,000 to the Department of Environmental Quality for air emissions modeling and $100,000 to the Arizona Department of Agriculture for the fuel blend feasibility study in fiscal year 2026-2027

Both study requirements are set to automatically repeal after September 30, 2027
