Prohibits the State Board of Education and Department of Education from requiring a school district or charter school to change its evidence-based reading curriculum if at least 70% of its third-grade students demonstrated sufficient reading skills on the statewide assessment in the prior school year

Removes the July 1, 2022 deadline for ensuring at least one K-3 teacher, literacy coach, or literacy specialist per school has received dyslexia-related training, making it an ongoing requirement

Amends Arizona's K-3 reading program statute (Section 15-211) while maintaining existing requirements for reading proficiency improvement plans, use of K-3 reading support level weight funding, and annual reporting
