Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 45-576 regarding assured water supply requirements for subdivided lands in active management areas

Adds provision allowing the Director of Water Resources to evaluate water supply sources individually when determining physical availability, even if the water is distributed through a delivery system that commingles multiple water sources

Maintains existing requirements that subdividers must obtain certificates of assured water supply or commitments from designated water providers before selling or leasing land

Preserves the 100-year water supply requirement and consistency with groundwater management goals for assured water supply determinations
