Requires public educational institutions to provide students with information about adoption practices in the United States and state adoption resources whenever employees discuss contraception, STDs/STIs, dispense contraception, or provide STD/STI testing

Mandates that school districts and charter schools with sex education curricula include instruction on current U.S. adoption practices, state adoption resources, and safe haven laws (section 13-3623.01)

Maintains existing requirements that sex education cannot be provided before grade 5 and must include instruction on laws relating to sexual conduct with a minor for grades 7-12

Requires parents to have access to review sex education curricula at least two weeks before instruction, with materials available online and in person
