Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-2926 regarding abandonment or concealment of dead bodies

Creates an exception for mothers of unborn children if the gestational age is less than twenty weeks at the time of disposition, transportation, or handling

Maintains the existing class 5 felony classification for basic violations of knowingly moving a dead body with intent to abandon or conceal

Establishes enhanced penalties (class 2 felony) for those who mutilate, disfigure, or dismember a dead body to conceal a crime or avoid apprehension, or who caused the person's death before abandoning/concealing the body

Preserves existing exceptions for authorized handling of remains under funeral, cremation, and health-related statutes
