Appropriates $100,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2026-2027 to the Department of Water Resources for a brackish groundwater desalination feasibility study

Requires the study to examine potential desalination project sites in four areas: Ranegras Plain, Willcox, Hualapai Valley, and the Little Colorado River plateau

Directs the Department of Water Resources to consult with the State Land Department, local officials, property owners, and political subdivisions in each study area

Mandates identification of cost-effective sites for brackish groundwater recovery and treatment facilities, including analysis of land ownership, legal access, depth to water, and hydrology

Requires assessment of potential facility size, construction and operation costs, water treatment methods, brine disposal plans, potable water volume output, and transportation to likely end users
