Appropriates $29.4 million total from the state general fund in fiscal year 2026-2027 to the Department of Transportation for distribution to the city of Apache Junction for transportation and infrastructure projects.

Allocates $12 million for street and drainage projects and $6.7 million for Delaware Drive improvements between 16th Avenue and Broadway Avenue including safety and drainage work.

Provides $5 million for Ironwood Drive corridor improvements and $2.7 million to widen Tomahawk Road between U.S. Route 60 and Southern Avenue.

Dedicates $2 million for safety improvements at the intersection of Idaho Road and U.S. Route 60, and $1 million for Apache Junction's pavement preservation program.
