School districts must submit employment contracts for superintendents, assistant superintendents, associate superintendents, and chief financial officers to the Arizona Department of Education within 30 days of approval, covering current employees and those from the preceding five school years.

The Department of Education must post all submitted contracts on its website and maintain them for at least five years after the employee's termination, with authority to redact legally exempt personally identifiable information.

The Department must create a searchable online database containing key contract details including base salary, performance-based pay, retirement contributions, stipends, personal leave hours, health insurance premiums for dependents, and life insurance contributions.

School districts must also post copies of all submitted contracts on their own websites, maintaining them for at least five years after termination.

By December 1 annually, the Department must compile and publish a report for each school district listing superintendent and other executive salaries, employee benefits with monetary values, and car allowance amounts where applicable.
