Establishes the "Save Our Children School Safety Program" within the Arizona Department of Education to strengthen school safety through employee training, medical preparedness, and crisis-response capability.

Creates a dedicated fund to reimburse schools for employee training/certification costs and purchases of safety equipment, medical kits, and protective gear on a first-come, first-served basis.

Allows K-12 schools to adopt policies authorizing employees with valid certifications (approved by the Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board) to carry concealed firearms on school grounds, with mandatory notification to local law enforcement.

Protects the identity of certified armed employees by making their personally identifiable information confidential, with disclosure violations classified as a Class 1 misdemeanor.

Provides civil and criminal immunity to certified school employees who act in good faith to defend students, employees, or visitors, and requires the department to submit biennial reports on program participation and funding.
