Establishes the Childhood Cancer and Rare Childhood Disease Research Commission within the Arizona Department of Health Services, consisting of at least 7 members including cancer/disease survivors, caregivers, health professionals, and an advocacy organization representative

Commission members serve five-year terms, elect an annual chairperson, and must recuse themselves from voting on matters where they have a conflict of interest

Transfers grant-awarding authority from the director to the new commission, which will fund nonprofit health care providers and research institutions in Arizona conducting clinical trials on pediatric cancer and rare childhood diseases

Expands funding sources for the existing Childhood Cancer and Rare Childhood Disease Research Fund to include legislative appropriations, gifts, donations, and federal grants in addition to existing vehicle registration contributions

Requires the commission to submit annual reports beginning August 1, 2027 to legislative committees detailing grant recipients, amounts, research outcomes, and return on investment
