Prohibits all government entities in Arizona from requiring any resident to receive vaccinations for any disease or virus, expanding beyond the previous COVID-19-only restriction

Removes the previous exemption that allowed government-owned or operated health care institutions to require vaccinations

Expands the government mask mandate prohibition to apply to any resident of the state, removing the previous exception for special health care districts

Prohibits private businesses operating in Arizona from requiring employees or customers to wear masks (except for long-standing workplace safety measures) or receive any type of vaccination

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 36-681 and 36-685 and adds new section 44-7952 to title 44, chapter 38
