Amends Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS) health insurance premium payment provisions by adding a definition of "active employee group health and accident insurance program" to statute 38-783.

ASRS pays up to $150/month toward single coverage premiums for non-Medicare eligible retired members with 10+ years of credited service, and up to $100/month for Medicare-eligible members.

Family coverage premium payments range from $170 to $260/month depending on Medicare eligibility status of the member and dependents.

Members with 5-9.9 years of credited service receive prorated benefits (50-90% of full benefit), while those with less than 5 years do not qualify.

Retired members enrolled in an employer's active employee group health insurance as an insured or dependent are generally ineligible for ASRS premium payments, unless they are enrolled as a dependent and the employer does not subsidize the premium.
