AZ HB2100

Expands the definition of "small land subdivision" to include divisions of land resulting in 10 or fewer parcels, increased from the previous limit of 4 or fewer parcels.

Raises the maximum parcel size threshold for small land subdivisions from 10 acres to 40 acres per parcel.

Maintains existing exemptions from county subdivision plat approval requirements for qualifying small land subdivisions.

Applies to land subdivision regulations under Arizona Revised Statutes Title 11, Chapter 6, Article 1 governing county planning and zoning.
