Establishes eligibility requirements for professional engineers, architects, land surveyors, and landscape architects seeking registration in Arizona through reciprocity or endorsement from other jurisdictions.

Requires applicants to hold a valid license, registration, or certification from another U.S. state, territory, district, or possession, or from a country participating in the profession's national council mutual recognition agreement.

Requires applicants to have a valid record from their profession's national council certifying they meet requirements for certification, model law designation, or mutual recognition agreement.

Professional engineer applicants must additionally demonstrate at least four years of experience, passage of a professional national examination, or hold a baccalaureate, equivalent, or postgraduate degree in their engineering branch.

Land surveyor applicants must pass Arizona's examination on surveying methods and legal principles as prescribed by the Board of Technical Registration.
