Lowers the threshold for enhanced fentanyl sentencing from 200 grams to 100 grams for possession for sale, transportation for sale, and possession in a motor vehicle.

First-time offenders convicted of selling or possessing 100+ grams of fentanyl face a sentencing range of 5 years minimum, 10 years presumptive, and 15 years maximum.

Repeat offenders for the same fentanyl violations face increased sentences of 10 years minimum, 15 years presumptive, and 20 years maximum.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3408 relating to narcotic drug offenses.
