Expands Arizona's unlawful image disclosure law (section 13-1425) to include "synthetic depictions" created through artificial intelligence or digital manipulation that appear to depict identifiable individuals in sexual content.

Requires commercial entities publishing sexual material online to verify that each depicted individual has provided explicit informed consent and was at least 18 years old at the time of creation, with records maintained for seven years.

Establishes civil penalties of $10,000 per day for violations, plus actual damages, attorney fees, and injunctive relief; allows penalties up to $250,000 if a minor is depicted.

Creates a class 1 misdemeanor for threatening to disclose non-consensual intimate images or for disclosing realistic AI-generated sexual depictions without consent.

Exempts news/public interest broadcasts, scientific/medical/educational materials, and internet service providers or search engines that do not directly host the content.
