Creates a private right of civil action against corporations, organizations, institutions, or agencies in Arizona that violate state or federal laws prohibiting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies.

Establishes minimum damages of $100,000 for prevailing plaintiffs, plus compensatory damages, declaratory and injunctive relief, court costs, and reasonable attorney fees.

Sets a three-year statute of limitations for filing civil actions under this provision.

Defines "diversity, equity and inclusion policy" broadly to include DEI, critical race theory, anti-racism policies, and concepts asserting inherent racial/sexual superiority, collective guilt based on race/sex, or that meritocracy is racist/sexist.

Includes in the definition policies promoting race or sex stereotyping, scapegoating, or compelling belief that individuals can change their sex or gender.
