Extends the Arizona Beef Council's termination date from July 1, 2026 to July 1, 2034, with full statutory repeal on January 1, 2035

Repeals the current termination provision (section 41-3026.03) and creates a new termination provision (section 41-3034.03) with the extended date

Continues the council as a self-financed program responsible for marketing and expanding state, national, and foreign markets for Arizona beef and beef products

Applies retroactively from July 1, 2026 to ensure no lapse in the council's authority
