Establishes the Mexican Wolf Management Plan Development Committee consisting of nine members appointed by the Arizona Game and Fish Commission: three sportsmen, three cattlemen, and three wildlife conservationists, all selected from lists submitted by legislative leaders.

Committee must develop a management plan for Mexican wolves in the event they are delisted from the Endangered Species Act, including new hunting opportunities for sportsmen.

Plan must include protections for livestock, methods to compensate ranchers for their past roles in sustaining wolf populations, and programs for humane, nonlethal wolf control and deterrence.

Committee report with recommendations for legislative action is due to the Arizona Game and Fish Commission and legislative leaders by December 31, 2027.

Appropriates an unspecified amount from the state general fund in fiscal year 2026-2027 to the Arizona Game and Fish Commission; the committee automatically dissolves after June 30, 2028.
