Prohibits selling, leasing, or conveying real property in Arizona to entities owned or controlled by the governments of China, Iran, North Korea, or Russia, including their affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and individuals who served in those countries' militaries

Requires prohibited owners or lessees who acquired property before the law's effective date to dispose of their interest within one year; those acquiring after must dispose within one year of acquisition

Transfers ownership of non-compliant properties to the Arizona Department of Administration, which must sell them at public auction with proceeds deposited in the state general fund

Directs county recorders to report suspected violations to the Department of Public Safety, which must maintain and publish a list of prohibited owners/lessees and their properties

Makes knowingly acquiring real property in violation of this section a class 4 felony
