Allows mothers to request a fetal death certificate for fetal deaths occurring at or before 20 weeks gestational period, expanding the previous requirement that only applied to deaths after 20 completed weeks or when the fetus weighed more than 350 grams.

Requires abortion clinics to inform women of the option to transfer bodily remains to a funeral home, in addition to existing requirements about final disposition options.

Changes terminology throughout the informed consent statute from "fetus" to "unborn child."

Maintains the existing 24-hour waiting period and informed consent requirements for abortions, including information about medical risks, alternatives, and available support services.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 36-329 (fetal death certificate registration) and 36-2153 (informed consent requirements for abortion).
