Creates a new class 2 misdemeanor offense for camping within 300 yards of natural water holes or man-made watering facilities containing water when domestic livestock could be denied access

Amends existing wildlife law (section 17-308) to change the prohibited camping distance from one-fourth mile to 300 yards near water sources

Modifies the wildlife camping restriction by replacing "will be denied access to the only reasonably available water" with the broader standard "could be denied access"

Removes the requirement that the water be "the only reasonably available water" for the wildlife camping prohibition to apply

Applies protections to both wildlife and domestic stock access to water sources on Arizona lands
