Extends the existing 75-foot electioneering limit to apply to designated ballot drop box receptacles, not just polling places.

Prohibits persons from remaining within 75 feet of ballot receptacles while they are accessible to the public, with exceptions for election officials, political party representatives, and authorized challengers.

Requires county boards of supervisors to furnish "Seventy-five foot limit" notices for each designated ballot receptacle in addition to polling places.

Bans photography and video recording within the 75-foot limit around ballot receptacles, consistent with existing polling place restrictions.

Violations of these electioneering and loitering restrictions constitute a class 2 misdemeanor.
