Requires every accessible voting device at precinct-based polling places and voting centers to be programmed with all ballot styles for the entire jurisdiction or county, allowing voters with disabilities to use any device regardless of their precinct location

Amends existing law that already mandates at least one Help America Vote Act-compliant device for voters with disabilities at each polling place

Makes a minor grammatical change to notification requirements for political party county committee chairmen regarding voting device inspection
