Requires county boards of supervisors in counties with tribal lands to consult with tribal representatives before designating polling places, combining or splitting precincts, consolidating polling places, and authorizing voting centers or emergency voting centers.

Adds tribal consultation requirements to multiple stages of election administration, including when no suitable polling place is available within a precinct and an adjacent precinct must be used.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-411 governing the designation of election precincts and polling places.

Applies to Arizona's 57th Legislature, Second Regular Session (2026), introduced by Representatives Garcia, Sandoval, and Simacek.
