Requires the Arizona Prosecuting Attorneys' Advisory Council to develop statewide training on mandatory reporting of adult abuse under section 46-454 and make it available to mandated reporters

Mandates persons filing elder abuse civil actions to submit a status report to the Attorney General within two years of initial notice, plus a final disposition report within 30 days of case resolution

Requires state agencies substantiating abuse allegations or filing civil actions to submit final disposition reports to the Attorney General within 30 days of final action

Authorizes the Attorney General to update the elder abuse registry independently if required reports are not submitted, or delete registry entries if case status cannot be determined

Courts must submit sentencing minute entries or dismissal/acquittal records to the Attorney General within 30 days for criminal cases involving vulnerable adult victims
