Appropriates $3,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2026-2027 to the Department of Health Services for pregnancy resource centers

Eligible organizations must be nonprofits operating in Arizona for at least three years with five or more full-time employees, providing medical services to help women maintain pregnancies or receive post-abortion, post-miscarriage, or post-birth care

Organizations must serve at least five patients monthly with pregnancy tests, STI testing, counseling by licensed professionals, or ultrasound services

Funding is prohibited for hospitals, abortion clinics, or any organization that performs, refers for, or is affiliated with entities providing abortion services

Recipients must report to DHS by December 31, 2027 on patients served, services performed, births, adoptions, and client satisfaction surveys
