Continues the Arizona State Veterinary Medical Examining Board, which was previously set to terminate, extending its operation until July 1, 2034

Repeals the existing termination statute (section 41-3026.02) and replaces it with a new section (41-3034.02) establishing the new termination date

Requires repeal of Title 32, chapter 21 (veterinary medical practice laws) and the termination section on January 1, 2035

States the board's purpose is to promote the safe and professional practice of veterinary medicine in Arizona

Applies retroactively from and after July 1, 2026
