Requires the Arizona Geological Survey and University of Arizona to promote the history of Arizona, including the importance of the "five C's" (copper, cattle, citrus, climate, and cotton) through the mining, mineral and natural resources educational museum.

Adds promotion of state history and the five C's to the duties of the Mining, Mineral and Natural Resources Educational Museum Advisory Council.

Defines "five C's" in statute as copper, cattle, citrus, climate, and cotton.

Amends the advisory council's role to include providing advice on promoting the importance of state history and the five C's, with the University of Arizona required to accept practicable recommendations.
