Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 20-826 governing subscription contracts for dental and optometric service corporations.

Requires dental or optometric service contracts to be construed according to the entirety of their terms and conditions, including any attached certificates, riders, endorsements, schedules, summaries, or applications.

Allows contract documents to include language specifying which document controls if a conflict exists between multiple documents that are part of the contract.

Applies only to contracts entered into on or after the effective date of the act.
