Appropriates funds from the state general fund in fiscal year 2026-2027 to the Arizona Department of Transportation for distribution to cities, towns, counties, and tribal nations for 63 specific transportation projects across the state.

Allocates $38,100,000 to the town of Chino Valley for State Route 89 widening between Road 5 North and Road 3 North, plus $400,000 for the design concept report for the same project.

Provides $41,384,400 to Pinal County for State Route 24 extension construction between Ironwood Road and the proposed North-South freeway corridor.

Distributes funds to tribal nations including $17,719,000 to the Hopi Tribe for Kachina Point Road reconstruction, $3,063,500 to the Gila River Indian Community for Koli Road improvements, and $1,817,000 to the Navajo Nation for a low water crossing project.

Funds various local road improvements including $18,649,600 to Flagstaff for West Route 66 improvements, $11,400,000 to Cochise County for Moson Road improvements, and $16,570,000 to Coolidge for Proctor and Gamble Roadway improvements.
