Prohibits Arizona cities and local authorities from enacting or enforcing ordinances that ban "cruising," defined as repetitively driving a motor vehicle past the same place without a destination or particular purpose within a specified time period.

Amends Section 28-626 of Arizona Revised Statutes, which governs uniform application of traffic laws throughout the state.

Maintains existing authority for local governments to adopt traffic regulations, parking ordinances, and civil penalties for violations, as long as they don't conflict with state law.

Introduced in the Arizona House of Representatives during the 57th Legislature's Second Regular Session (2026) with bipartisan support from 14 House co-sponsors and 5 Senate co-sponsors.
