Prohibits the retail sale of any food in Arizona—including livestock, poultry, produce, and prepared foods—that has been implanted with or received a messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) vaccine

Requires food product labels to display the country of origin for each ingredient and list any countries that altered the product

Mandates vaccination and medication information on labels for livestock and poultry products

Requires organic produce labels or retail signage to list all sprays and coatings applied, even if sold unpackaged

Takes effect December 31, 2026
