Prohibits health insurers in Arizona from including vaccine mandates as a condition of coverage in any contract issued, delivered, or renewed beginning January 1, 2027

Applies to disability insurers, group disability insurers, blanket disability insurers, health care services organizations, hospital service corporations, medical service corporations, and hospital/medical/dental/optometric service corporations

Adds a new section 20-243 to Title 20, Chapter 2, Article 1 of the Arizona Revised Statutes governing health insurance
