Prohibits Arizona counties from using voting centers where any voter in the county can cast a ballot; voters must use their designated precinct polling place instead.

Limits election precinct size to a maximum of 2,500 registered voters at the time precincts are designated.

Eliminates on-site early voting locations that county recorders could previously establish, removing provisions for in-person early voting at recorder's offices or other designated sites.

Removes authorization for emergency voting centers that boards of supervisors could previously approve for specific elections.

Removes references to early voting locations from election worker appointment requirements and various election procedures throughout state statute.
