Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-317 to add school board candidates to the list of offices eligible for the state's secure online nomination petition signature collection system

School board candidates may use the secretary of state's internet portal to collect up to 110% of the minimum required nomination petition signatures electronically

The online system verifies qualified electors' identities and ensures only eligible voters can sign petitions for specific candidates

Removes transitional language that previously limited online signature collection to the minimum required signatures through 2024

Applies the same electronic signature collection rules already available to candidates for city/town offices, county offices, justice of the peace, constable, and precinct committeeman
