Prohibits school district superintendent employment contracts from including benefits or compensation beyond base salary and performance pay unless the district offers those same benefits on substantially equal terms to all district employees.

Maintains the existing three-year maximum term limit for superintendent contracts and the restriction against extending or renegotiating multi-year contracts earlier than fifteen months before expiration.

Requires superintendents to hold a valid fingerprint clearance card issued pursuant to Arizona law.

Applies only to superintendent contracts executed or renewed after the effective date of the act, leaving existing contracts unaffected.
