Establishes the Arizona School Fitness Program within the Department of Education to recognize public schools that voluntarily participate in nationally recognized physical fitness tests or events

Requires the Department of Education to develop guidelines, identify best practices, and provide resources for participating schools

Allows schools that participate in the program to include the "Arizona School Fitness Program" designation on their school report cards required under section 15-746

Participation in the program is voluntary for public schools, not mandatory
