Establishes the Arizona Artificial Intelligence Education Program within the Department of Education, offering summer courses at various locations statewide open to all Arizona residents.

Requires a Digital Hygiene and Civic Integrity curriculum covering algorithmic bias, data protection, media literacy to identify AI-generated misinformation, and critical thinking skills.

Includes an AI for Small Business and Entrepreneurship curriculum teaching practical applications of AI tools for marketing, customer outreach, operational efficiency, and ethical considerations.

Directs the Office of Economic Opportunity to develop the small business curriculum, recruit volunteer instructors from business and technology sectors, and identify course facilities.

Permits public schools, Arizona Board of Regents universities, and community colleges to award academic credit to individuals completing the program.
