Creates a new class 2 felony offense of "coerced abortion" for knowingly administering an abortion-inducing drug to a pregnant woman without her knowledge or consent and with intent to cause an abortion

Defines "abortion-inducing drug" as any medicine, drug, chemical, or substance used with intent to cause abortion, including mifepristone (RU-486/Mifeprex), misoprostol (Cytotec), and methotrexate

Excludes from the definition contraceptives, emergency contraceptives, methotrexate for ectopic pregnancy treatment, and drugs prescribed for other medical conditions that may incidentally increase miscarriage risk

Allows additional prosecution under other laws if the coerced abortion causes death or bodily injury to the pregnant woman or unborn child
