Elevates threatening or intimidating a public official, public employee, or their family members from a class 1 misdemeanor to a class 3 felony under Arizona law.

Increases the penalty for harassment against public officials, public employees, or their family members from a class 1 misdemeanor to a class 5 felony.

Expands existing protections against filing nonconsensual liens to cover family members of public officials and public employees, not just the officials themselves.

Defines "family member," "public employee," and "public official" by reference to existing Arizona statutes (sections 13-2319, 12-820, and 41-1231 respectively).
